A dynamic Class that flows from one pose to the next with deeper stretches ensuring an all round practice with a focus on alignment. For strength, endurance and a deeper workout this class is open from beginner to the more advanced. Promotes a deep connection between movement and breath, body and mind. Very healing, restorative and preventative for physical injury.

Rise and Shine Yoga

A Class that embraces both beginner and experienced yogis building strength, balance and flexibility. A nurturing and educational space to learn correct posture, breathing and alignment. A great class to help maintain a level of fitness and round out you exercise routine. A class that has an emphasis on breath and alignment as well as flow. Sets you up for balanced and energised day!

Yin Yoga Gentle Restore

Thursday 4pm - 5.15pm


These soothing and well supported poses offer the opportunity to rejuvenate and rest. This Class will nurture and balance body energies and help to relax the mind. Suitable to all levels this class is a perfect compliment to the more muscular yang style of yoga and generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
