For strength, endurance and a deeper workout this class is open from beginner to the more advanced. Promotes a deep connection between movement and breath, body and mind. Very healing, restorative and preventative for physical injury.

This Class will nurture and balance body energies and help to relax the mind. Suitable to all levels this class is a perfect compliment to the more muscular yang style of yoga and generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
